All my tape drives are going offline on a daily basis. The CV error code I receive is a windows error #170: Device is in use. To fix the drive, I need to reset & mark drive as fixed in CV. If Windows device manager shows the medium changer as 'unknown meduim changer' then you need to contant EMC for Windows drivers that are compatible with DPM. Schwinn Occ Stingray Serial Numbers here.
