I am unable to install the driver for the above adapter. Oracle Services For Microsoft Transaction Server Port Number. The initial reason is that it fails the driver signature test required for 64-bit drivers. I have attempted to disable this checking in the BCD (using VistaBootPro) but it does not seem to make any difference.

(Does this only work for Vista 64-bit?) Device Manager properties for the device indicate 'Windows cannot verify the digital signature for the drivers required for this device.' I use this device to connect my GolfLogix GPS Rangefinder. I would like to be able to test the device (before the golf season starts in Canada!!!) but am unable to right now.

Are there any work arounds to allow the driver to install? Carte Engleza Copii Pdf Free here. I have tried Vista compatibility mode, but it makes no difference. The driver appears to install, but attaching the cable results in failure of the drivers to load. Ronnie Vernon said: As far as I know, there is no way to bypass the digital signature requirement for 64-bit hardware drivers.

Well, I found there is a way. There is an option in the boot menu (if you hit F8 during the boot process). That's the good news. The bad news is that I did this, the driver loaded, and I tested my device. I was able to connect to the software that supports the device, it started to update the firmware, then, part way through, Win7 crashed - BSOD: System Service Error.

Same thing happened a second time, and, after that, I was unable to connect to the device either in Win7 or Vista (32-bit), and the firmware seems shot. I am in touch with the manufacturer of the device to find out if and how I can reset it! A further incidental point is that it does not seem possible to both Disable Driver Signature checking, and Disable Automatic Restart after Failure in the same boot.

So, either the driver doesn't install, or I can't read the error details on the BSOD! At the moment, I am assuming the problem starts with the manufacturer, so I am trying to work all this out with them, but this would appear to represent a hardware device that is incompatible with Win7, 64-bit: GolfLogix Golf GPS-8.
