Adobe Page Setup Margins Greyed Out

'Remove White Margins' option is grayed out I just had Adobe Acrobat X installed on my computer and I can't seem to be able to remove the white margins like I did with the prior version that I had. I know I can use the crop tool to remove the unwanted white/blank space but sometimes my files have multiple pages so the crop size for one page may not apply to all the other pages. I used to use 'remove white margins' and apply that to all the pages in the file but this option is grayed out now. I've done a little bit of research and it seems like other people are able to check that box. Is this a setting that I can fix? My Adobe Acrobat X Help is also not working so it's not like that can be one of my resources for this fix.
